For over 20 years now, the WhatVan? Awards has been an integral and highly-anticipated fixture of the LCV industry calendar, rewarding the best of the best in the LCV market. This year we have added 3 new categories expanding on the success of last year to make this the largest event yet.

When do entries close?
Entries are now closed for the 2020 WhatVan? Awards.
When will judging take place?
Judging will take place in late-October.
Who are the judges?
The judging panel will be announced in due course.
When is the awards ceremony?
The 2020 WhatVan? Awards will be taking place on Wednesday 11th December 2019, with the drinks reception commencing at 12.30pm.
Where is the awards ceremony?
The 2020 WhatVan? Awards will be taking place at Hilton London Bankside, a short walk from London Blackfriars station and Southark tube station.
What are the closest transport links?
Hilton London Bankside is within walking distance of the following train and tube stations:
- Blackfriars (direct connections to Gatwick Airport, District and Circle lines) – 6 minutes
- Waterloo (Northern, Jubilee, Waterloo and City lines) – 10 minutes
- London Bridge (Northern and Jubilee) – 10 minutes
Do I need to bring a ticket with me?
Due to What Van?'s continued commitment to protect the environment, we do not send out physical invitations. Upon your arrival, kindly make your way to the WhatVan? Awards welcome desk where our welcome team will check your name against the guest list.
What should I do if I can no longer attend?
Should you be unable to attend the lunch, substitute guests are always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, if you confirm your cancellation in writing before Friday 1st November 2019, you will receive a prompt refund. We regret that no refunds can be made or invoices cancelled after this time and the full rate will be payable.
